This is a series of acrylic paintings on canvas board 10" x 12". It is inspired by everyday life and my encounter with cleaning products around my house. As someone with undiagnosed ADHD, cleaning is a tedious task I never enjoy doing. However, I can't help but find these cleaning products quite beautiful. While working on this series, I found a deeper connection to personal experiences, exploring emotions that transcend the surface-level aesthetics of household cleaning. I wanted to emphasise how these products are bright and colourful, yet with a dark undertone. Which later leading me painting a series of family pictures that took me on a journey of past and present.
